EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% or more marks from a recognized University/Institution under UGC Act 1956.
- 3 years of administrative cadre experience (combined or separate) in Government / Local Self-Government / PSU / Semi-Govt / Board / Corporation / Municipal Corporation / Company registered under Companies Act 1956 & 2013 / Co-operative Society under Act 2012.
- Experience must be on regular pay scale or fixed pay as per Govt. Finance Dept. resolution dated 16/02/2006.

CCC COMPUTER QUALIFICATION:
- Basic computer knowledge certificate as per GAD resolution dated 13/08/2008 & 18/03/2016.
- OR any diploma/degree/certificate in computer from recognized university.
- OR Std. 10 or 12 with Computer as a subject.
- If not available at time of application, must obtain CCC (Class 3) or CCC+ (Class 1 & 2) before joining or within 1 year of joining.

SALARY:
- Fixed Pay: ₹26,000/- per month for 3 years
- After 3 years, based on performance: Level 4 Pay Matrix ₹25,500–81,100 + allowances as per rules

AGE LIMIT (as on last date of application):
- Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 38 years
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWS (Gujarat origin): +5 years (max 45)
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWS Women (Gujarat origin): +10 years (max 45)
- General Women: +5 years (max 45)
- Divyang candidates: +10 years (max 45)
- AMC serving employees: No upper age limit
