Educational Qualification

• Computer Science and IT (CS): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (4-year course) in CSE/IT/Software Systems/AI/Data Science/Cyber Security or related disciplines OR Master's Degree in Science (Computer Science/Computer Application/Computer & Network Security) OR MCA, with VALID GATE score in Paper Code-CS
• Data Science and AI (DA): Master's/Bachelor's degree in Software Systems/Information Technology/AI/Data Science/Cyber Security/Machine Learning or related disciplines, with VALID GATE score in Paper Code-DA
• Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecommunication/Mechatronics/Robotics or related disciplines OR Master's Degree in Science (Electronics/VLSI Design/Digital Communication), with VALID GATE score in Paper Code-EC
• Candidate must have obtained essential qualification on the cut-off date (17.08.2026); no equivalent qualification claims entertained

Salary

• Level-10 of 7th CPC: Rs. 56,100 - Rs. 1,77,500

• Stage 1: Shortlisting based on GATE Score (ratio 1:5, discipline-wise and category-wise)

Important Notes

• Equal weightage given to GATE 2024, 2025 and 2026 scores; candidate must submit best GATE score from any one eligible year
• Personal Interaction/Interview assessed on Technical Knowledge, Presentation/Communication Skills, and Academic Performance (Max 50 marks)
• Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 50% (Unreserved), 40% (EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD)
• Final selection based on 60% weightage to GATE score and 40% weightage to Personal Interaction/Interview marks
• Tie-breaking: higher GATE score first, then higher Technical knowledge marks in interview, then older age
• Aadhaar-based authentication used at every stage of recruitment
• Post carries All India liability to be posted anywhere in India or outside India
• No TA/DA paid for document verification and interaction/interview
• OBC (NCL) certificate must be issued during FY 2026-27 (on or after 01.04.2026); EWS certificate must be valid for FY 2026-27
