GSSSB has released an official notification for 336 Work Assistant (Class-3) vacancies under the Roads & Buildings Department. This is a great Diploma Civil Engineering government job opportunity in Gujarat with fixed pay initially and regular pay scale later.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be an Indian citizen

• Must possess required educational qualification

• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi

 

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution

• Candidates having Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering are NOT eligible

• Basic knowledge of computer application required

 

🎂 Age Limit (as on 30/01/2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years

• Maximum Age: 33 Years

 

Age Relaxation (as per rules):

• SEBC (Male): +5 Years

• Women (General): +5 Years

• SEBC Women: +10 Years

• SC/ST/EWS/PwD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Gujarat Govt norms

 

💰 Salary / Pay Scale

• Fixed Pay: ₹26,000 per month (First 5 Years)

• After satisfactory service, appointment in Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)

• Subject to Government resolutions
