Full Details
The Income Tax Department Gujarat is recruiting meritorious sportspersons for Tax Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff posts.
🔹 Pay Scale (7th CPC)
• Tax Assistant – Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
• MTS – Level 1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)
🔹 Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
• Tax Assistant – 18 to 27 Years
• MTS – 18 to 25 Years
Age Relaxation:
Up to 5 yrs (Gen/OBC), 10 yrs (SC/ST) for sportspersons;
Dept employees – up to 40 yrs (45 SC/ST).
🔹 Qualification
Tax Assistant:
Bachelor’s Degree + Data Entry Speed 8,000 KDPH
MTS: Matriculation pass
🔹 Sports Eligibility
National/International representation, Khelo India medalists, University/School-level National events as specified.
🔹 Selection Process
