8. Required Documents (Self-attested copies)
- 10th / Matriculation certificate (age proof)
- Diploma / B.Sc. marksheets and degree/certificate
- Experience certificates for all past employers (with joining date, relieving date, pay drawn, nature of work)
- For current employment: Appointment letter + last 3 months' salary slips
- Category certificate — SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / EWS / PwBD (if applicable)
- Ex-Serviceman Discharge Certificate (if applicable)
- NOC from current employer (Government / PSU candidates)
- 2 recent passport-size photographs (one pasted on application form)
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card details

Important Notes
- This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) — initial period up to 2 years, extendable up to 5 years total
- No right to claim permanent / regular employment in IOL at any stage
- Being a Defence installation — character and antecedent verification mandatory
- Candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on joining
- Government / PSU employees must submit NOC at time of interview and Relieving Letter at time of joining
- No TA / DA paid for attending interview
- Results published only on ddpdoo.gov.in — selected candidates also informed via email
