Educational Qualification
- Technical posts (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Mineral/Mining/Industrial Safety/Instrumentation/IT/Commercial-Purchase): B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in respective discipline
- Deputy Manager (Geology): M.Sc./M.Sc.Tech in Geology or Applied Geology
- Legal posts: LLB (3-year duration) or equivalent
- Security posts: Graduate, retired Defence/Para-military officer of specified rank
- Senior Manager (Medical): MBBS (Allopathic), MCI-recognized; AFIH/MD gives 2 years experience relaxation
- Finance posts: CA/CMA or B.Com with MBA (Finance)
- Marketing/Sales: B.E./B.Tech (MBA desirable for DGM-Marketing)
- HRM posts: Bachelor's degree + PG Degree/Diploma (MBA/MA/MSW) in HRM/Personnel Management/IR
- Rajbhasha: Master's in Hindi with English as subject, or vice versa
- Company Secretary: Graduate + ICSI final pass with membership
