POSITION-WISE VACANCY DETAILS:

1. PHARMACIST (ફાર્માસીસ્ટ)

Monthly Salary: ₹11,000/-

Qualification:

• Degree in Pharmacy OR Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized university
• OR equivalent educational qualification
• Must have: Registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council

Experience:

• Preference to candidates having experience in dispensing medicine in hospitals or dispensaries
• Knowledge of Computer is additional qualification (MS Office, GUJHP)

Age Limit: Up to 58 years

2. SANITARY INSPECTOR (સેનેટરી ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર)

Monthly Salary: ₹8,000/-

Qualification:

• Must have passed training course for Sanitary Inspector recognized by Government
• OR passed Health Workers Basic Training Course recognized by Government (AS PER GUJHP)

Age Limit: Up to 58 years

3. HEALTH WORKER (ANM) - લીધેલ હેલ્થ વર્કર/એ.એન.એમ.

Monthly Salary: ₹11,000/-

Qualification:

• Must have passed Health Workers Basic Training Course recognized by Government
• OR passed Diploma in Nursing
• OR passed training course for recognized Sanitary Inspector's course
• Preferably: Female candidate (AS PER GUJHP)

Age Limit: Up to 58 years

4. PHN/FHS/MPW/FHW (પી.એચ.એન.એમ.)

Monthly Salary: ₹11,500/-

Qualification:

• Retired PHN/FHS/MPW/FHW
• OR having at least 3 years of experience in Government Health Department

Job Role:

• Supervisor/PHN/LHV in Urban Health Centre
• The Supervisor/PHN/LHV in the Urban Health Centre will be the leader of the Health team in the urban health centre
• Works in urban health centre and gives health care in defined area (AS PER GUJHP)

Age Limit: Up to 58 years

5. LAB TECHNICIAN (લેબ. ટેક.)

Monthly Salary: ₹11,000/-

Qualification:

• Degree of B.Sc. with Chemistry or Microbiology as principal subject
• OR M.Sc. with Organic Chemistry or Microbiology

Additional Requirements:

• Certificate of having passed the prescribed Laboratory College in Gujarat State
• Technician training course conducted by recognized college or medical provider

Preference:

• Candidate possessing practical experience of Laboratory work (AS PER GUJHP)

🔴 CRITICAL POINTS:

1. ઉમેદવારની ફક્ત ઓનલાઇન https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in પર મળેલ અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. આર.પી.એ.ડી. સ્પીડ પોસ્ટ, કુરીયર કે સાદી ટપાલ દ્વારા મળેલ અરજીઓ માન્ય રહેશે નહીં.
2. સુવાચ્ય ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટની સોલટી ઓફી સોકટરમાં ફરજીયાત અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ કરેલ નહી હોય તેમની અરજી ના મંજૂર કરવામાં આવશે.
3. અધૂરી વિગતોવાળી અરજીઓ અમાન્ય રહેશે.
4. તમામ કેડરની પસંદગી માટે / ડીધી / ડીપ્લોમા / ગ્રેજ્યુએશનનાં ફાઇનલ વર્ષમાં મેળવેલ ટકાવારીના આધારે મેરીટ તૈયાર કરી તેમાજ ફાઇનલ વર્ષમાં એક થી વધુ ટ્રયલ હોય તો પ્રતિ ટ્રયલ ઉ % બાદ કરીને મેરીટ યાદી તૈયાર કરવામાં આવશે. એકાઉન્ટેન્ટ કમ ડેટા આસ્સો.ની કેડર માટે કોમ્યુટર સ્કીલ આવશ્યકતા હોઈ ToR માં દર્શાવ્યા અનુસાર કોમ્પ્યુટર લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય તેમને મેરીટમાં ક્રસીસ કરવામાં આવશે.
5. હોમીયોપેથીક / આયુર્વેદિક ડોક્ટર (આર.બી.એસ.કે.) ના ઉમેદવારોએ ઘો. ૧૨ ની તમામ માર્કશીટ જોડવાની રહેશે.
6. જે જગ્યા કોમ્પ્યુટર કામગીરી સંલગ્ન હશે તે જગ્યાઓ માટે કોમ્પ્યુટરની પ્રેક્ટીકલ પરીક્ષા આપવાની રહેશે.
7. જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ અરજી સ્વીકારવાની છેલ્લી તારીખના રોજ વયમર્યાદાની ગણતરી કરવામાં આવશે.
8. ભરતીની પ્રક્રિયા સરકારશ્રીની ગાઇડલાઇન મુજબ વયમર્યાદાની રોજ લેવામાં આવશે જે જાહેરાતમાં રોજ વયમર્યાદાની ગણતરી કરવામાં આવશે.
9. ઉક્ત તમામ જગ્યાઓ માટેનો કરાર આધારીત સમયગાળો ૧૧ માસ માટેનો રહેશે. જે મુદતમાં જરૂરીયાત તેમજ બજેટના આધારે વધારો કે ઘટાડો કરી શકાશે. આ જગ્યાઓ કાયમી થવાના પાત્ર નથી.
10. નિમણુંક પામેલ ઉમેદવારની નિમણુંકનું સ્થળ જિલ્લા પંચાયત જામનગર પૂરતુ મર્યાદિત રહેશે. આપની નિમણૂંક બહારના જિલ્લા ખાતે બદલી પાત્ર રહેશે નહી. જે આપને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે અને અન્ય બહારના જિલ્લા / કોર્પોરેશન ખાતે બદલી માટેની અરજી કરવાની રહેશે નહી.
11. નિમણૂંકને લગત જેવા કે જગ્યામાં વધારો કે ઘટાડો કરવો કે ભરતી રદ કરવી તેમજ ઉપરોક્ત ભરતી પ્રક્રીયા બાબતે તમામ આખરી નિર્ણય સિદ્ધાન્ત શાયદેકરટરનો રહેશો. ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ હેલ્થ સોસાયટી અને મુખ્ય જિલ્લા આરોગ્ય અધિકારી, જામનગરનો રહેશે.
