1. Post Name & State-wise Vacancy Details

Note: Recruitment is city-wise. Candidates can apply for only one city. Vacancies may increase or decrease at the time of final selection.

Job Activities (Junior Assistant Role): Loan processing, file and document management, document scanning, data entry, EMI follow-up for regular and default cases, recovery department activities, customer servicing, cash counter management, return of documents, basic marketing activities.

2. Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2026)

• Any Graduate with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a University recognised by Government of India
• Result must have been declared on or before 01.04.2026
• Distance / Correspondence / Part-time courses are NOT eligible
• Computer literacy (operating and working knowledge) required
• Work experience preferred but not mandatory

Note: 54.99% will be treated as less than 55% — fraction ignored. CGPA must be converted to percentage as per university norms.

3. Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Date of Birth: Not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both dates inclusive)

4. Salary / CTC Structure

Basic Pay: ₹20,000/month (all categories)

5. Selection Process

Stage 1 – Online Examination (Objective MCQ | 2 Hours | English only):

• Duration: 120 minutes
• Medium: English only
• Negative marking: -0.25 for each wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions
• Scores equated across sessions for fair comparison
• Cutoffs applied section-wise and on total score

Stage 2 – Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates called based on online exam merit
• Interview State = Vacancy State (same city where vacancy exists)
• Candidates not meeting minimum qualifying marks in interview: disqualified

Stage 3 – Final Selection: Combined score of Online Exam + Interview

Stage 4 – Medical Examination + Background Verification

• Medical exam at candidate's own expense
• Background verification checks done; adverse findings may lead to termination

6. Application Fee

• Payment: Online only (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, Mobile Wallets)
• Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances
• Bank transaction charges to be borne by candidate
