Essential (any one):

• (Option A): First-class Postgraduate Degree (M.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Tech or integrated PG degree) in relevant field
• (Option B): Second-class Postgraduate Degree (including integrated PG) + PhD in relevant field

Relevant fields: Pharmacology, Toxicology, Neuroscience, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or equivalent

4. Required Work Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in the following laboratory techniques:

• Cell Culture (mammalian cells)
• rt-QPCR (Real-time quantitative PCR)
• Western Blot
• Flow Cytometry
• RNA Extraction
• ELISA
• Histological Staining
• Small Animal Handling (rodent models)
• Small Animal Surgery
• Molecular Mechanism Elucidation
• Statistical Data Analysis

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of Neuroscience and Stroke biology
• At least 1 research publication in stroke biology as First Author in a reputed journal
