2. Educational Qualification & Experience (Post-wise)
Executive – Exits & Withdrawals (Age: 23–35 years)
- Essential: Full-time graduation with min. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Desirable: CA Inter (ICAI) / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / LLB from AICTE/UGC affiliated institute
- Experience: Min. 3 years in processing/reviewing claims/settlement in BFSI sector; Pension sector experience preferred
Executive – Grievances (Age: 23–35 years)
- Essential: Full-time graduation with min. 60% marks
- Desirable: MBA / PGDM / M.Com from AICTE/UGC affiliated institute
- Experience: Min. 3 years in customer service/support/QA/data processing in BFSI/Regulator/BPO OR claims/settlement processing
Executive – Social Media & Coordination (Age: 23–35 years)
- Essential: Full-time BBA (General/Marketing) or BA in Mass Communication/Media/Journalism/Digital Marketing with min. 60%
- Desirable: Master's in relevant field; knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience: Min. 3 years in media coordination, social media management or related fields
Senior Executive – Marketing & Communications (Age: 25–40 years)
- Essential: BBA (General/Marketing) or BA in Mass Communication/Journalism/Digital Marketing with min. 60%
- Desirable: Master's in relevant field
- Experience: Min. 5 years in marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, event management
Senior Executive – IT & Operations (Age: 25–40 years)

- Essential: MBA / Master's / PG Degree / PG Diploma (min. 2 years full-time) in Personnel Management/IR/HRM or equivalent from AICTE/UGC/Govt. recognised institute
- Experience: Min. 3 years post-qualification experience in HR & Admin role with exposure to recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management
Senior Executive – Legal (Age: 25–40 years)
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from UGC recognised university/college recognised by Bar Council of India
- Experience: Min. 5 years preferably in BFSI sector in legal matters/claim settlements/KYC-AML/NPA/policy interpretation; Pension sector experience preferred
Analyst – Pension Fund Performance Monitoring / Compliance & Audit (Age: 23–35 years)
- Essential: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM
- Experience: Relevant experience in pension/financial sector; Investment Management knowledge preferred; No minimum years specified
Senior Analyst – Compliance & Audit / Pension Fund / Scheme Audit (Age: 25–40 years)
- Essential: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM
- Experience: Min. 3 years post-qualification in pension/financial sector; Investment Management expertise preferred

4. Salary / Remuneration

Additional Benefits:
- Annual increment on successful completion of every 12 months (subject to performance review)
- 30 days leave per calendar year (pro-rata basis; max 7 days at a stretch; not carried forward)
- No residential accommodation provided by NPS Trust
5. Contract Period
- Initial contract: 3 Years
- Extendable by: Up to 2 more years (1 year at a time) subject to outstanding performance
- Performance review: Half-yearly basis — poor performance leads to termination
- Notice period for termination: 2 months by either party (or payment in lieu)
- No right to permanent employment in NPS Trust under any circumstances

Important Notes
- This is a contractual appointment only — no right to permanent employment
- Place of posting is currently New Delhi — candidates must be willing to relocate
- Mere meeting eligibility criteria does NOT guarantee an interview call — candidates will be shortlisted based on qualification, suitability and experience
- Candidates working in Govt./PSU must mention in undertaking that they have informed their employer and will produce discharge certificate at time of joining without any lien
- OBC candidates in Creamy Layer must apply as General (UR) category
