Recruitment of Regular Manpower - Various Positions (Manager, Dy. Manager, Asst. Manager, Engineer)

Vadodara Gas Limited (VGL) has released an official advertisement dated 08.06.2026 inviting applications for the recruitment of Regular Manpower across multiple departments including CNG, Contracts & Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Billing & Recovery, and PNG - Steel, Projects & O&M. A total of 13 vacancies are available across various grades such as Senior Manager (E4), Manager (E3), Deputy Manager (E2), Assistant Manager (E1), and Engineer (E0), with work experience requirements ranging from fresher to 12 years of post-qualification experience. Eligible candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in disciplines such as Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a full-time MBA in HR, Finance, or Marketing, or professional qualifications like Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant, depending on the specific position, all from AICTE approved institutions with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates must be between 21 and 45 years of age as on the last date of application submission. The Fixed CTC Pay Bands for these positions range from Rs. 5.16 Lacs to Rs. 26.30 Lacs per annum depending on the grade, with an additional Variable Pay of up to 15% of the Annual Fixed CTC payable subject to individual and company performance. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere within the Vadodara Geographical Area, comprising Vadodara District and Chhota Udeypur District.
