• Qualification:
  • Option A: B.Sc. Nursing (Regular/Post Basic) + RN/RN&RM from any Nursing Council + Delhi Nursing Council registration
  • Option B: Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery + RN/RN&RM from any Nursing Council + Delhi Nursing Council registration
• Experience: 1 year in minimum 50 bedded hospital (for Diploma holders)
• Age: Max 30 years
• Salary: ₹64,500/- consolidated

Lab Technician (1 Post - OBC)

• Qualification:
  • B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) OR
  • Matriculation/Hr. Secondary/Sr. Secondary with Science + Diploma in MLT
• Experience: 3 years as Lab Assistant in relevant labs
• Age: Max 27 years
• Salary: ₹57,000/- consolidated

Pharmacist (1 Post - EWS)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) + Registered under Pharmacy Act 1948
  • Must register with Delhi Pharmacy Council within 6 months of joining
• Experience: Not required
• Age: Max 27 years
• Salary: ₹43,800/- consolidated

OT Technician (3 Posts - UR: 2, OBC-NCL: 1)

• Qualification:
  • Matriculation/Hr. Sec./Sr. Sec. (10+2) with Science
  • Operation Room Assistant course
• Experience: 5 years as OT Technician
• Age: Max 27 years
• Salary: ₹38,250/- consolidated

Mortuary Assistant (1 Post - UR)

• Qualification: Matriculation
• Experience: 5 years as Mortuary/Post-Mortem Attendant in Govt/Recognized Hospital
• Age: Max 27 years
• Salary: ₹29,850/- consolidated

Dresser (2 Posts - UR: 1, OBC-NCL: 1)

• Qualification: Matriculation
• Experience: 5 years as Dresser in Govt/Recognized Hospital

4. Salary Structure

Consolidated Monthly Salary:

Note:

• Basic + DA @ 50% (fixed consolidated)

• Fixed throughout deployment period

5. Contract Terms

Contract Period: Minimum 6 months (or as per agreement)

Entitlements:

• Leave: 1 day per month (max 12 days/year, accumulation max 3 days)
• Maternity Leave: As per Maternity Benefit Act 1961 (for female employees)
• No Accommodation/HRA
• No statutory/financial powers

Working Hours:

• As per IGH working hours
• May include shift duties/roster
• Sunday/Holiday duty with compensatory off

Performance: Quarterly evaluation

Termination: 1 month notice by either party
