🎓 Educational Qualification

For NON-ITI Candidates:

• ✅ Passed 10th Standard/Matriculation or equivalent
• ✅ Minimum 50% marks (as per Board criteria)
• ✅ Minimum 40% marks in Mathematics AND Science
• ✅ Must have passed on or before 03 March 2026

For Ex-ITI Candidates:

• ✅ Passed relevant ITI trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute
• ✅ Minimum 50% marks in ITI examination
• ✅ Trade must be as per Schedule I of Apprentices Act 1961
• ✅ Passed 10th Standard with minimum 50% marks
• ✅ Must have passed on or before 03 March 2026

⚠️ Important:

• Candidates appearing in qualifying examination are NOT eligible
• Results awaited candidates are NOT eligible

🎂 Age Limit

*18 years for hazardous industry trades

📅 Age Calculation Date: 03 March 2026 (Closing date of application)

As per NAPS-2 Scheme: Upper age limit relaxed to 35 years for all categories (Govt. of India notification dated 25-08-2023)

💰 Stipend Details

📌 Additional Information:

• Stipend as per Apprentices Act 1961 & OM dated 19.09.2025
• For Ex-ITI: Prior ITI training period considered for stipend calculation
• No other allowances payable during apprenticeship
• Subject to change as per Government amendments

🎯 Selection Process

📊 Merit List Preparation:

For NON-ITI Candidates:

• Based on percentage in 10th standard
• Aggregate of all subjects OR Best of 5 subjects (as per Board)
• Factory-wise common merit list
• Trade allotment on Merit-cum-Choice basis

For Ex-ITI Candidates:

• Simple average of 10th percentage + ITI percentage
• Minimum 50% required in each (10th & ITI)
• Factory-wise and Trade-wise merit list
• Trade-specific selection

🔄 Tie Resolution: If two candidates have same percentage:

1. Older candidate preferred
2. If DOB same → Earlier year of passing 10th
3. If both same → Alphabetical order of name

🎯 Reservation Policy

As per Apprentices Act 1961, Rules 1992 & Amendments:

• Category-wise vacancies mentioned in Annexure-I
• Selection in order of merit within each category
• Unfilled reserved seats may be filled from general category

💳 Application Fee

• Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/BHIM
• Transaction charges applicable (varies by mode)
• FREE for UPI & RuPay Debit Card (₹0 transaction fee)

⚠️ Important:

• Fee once paid is non-refundable
• Cannot be adjusted for other recruitment
• Payment must be completed before 03 March 2026

✅ Document Verification:

• Provisionally selected candidates must attend
• Bring original certificates + self-attested copies
• Original Aadhaar Card mandatory (or valid ID proof)
• Caste certificate in Central Government format
• Medical fitness certificate required

🏥 Medical Examination:

• After document verification
• At respective Ordnance Factory Hospital
• Date/Time/Venue notified separately
• As per minimum standards in Apprentices Act 1961

🎓 Training Highlights:

• Practical training in Ordnance Factories
• Registration by RDAT/RDSDE mandatory
• NCVT proficiency certificate on completion
• Medical facilities available at factory hospital
• Accommodation may be provided (subject to availability)

📜 Contract Terms:

• Execute Contract of Apprenticeship
• Guardian signature if minor
• Premature termination charges applicable
• No employment obligation after training
• Governed by Apprentices Act 1961

🚫 Candidates NOT Eligible:

• Those with National Apprentice Certificate (NAC)
• Already undergone apprenticeship training
• Applied through www.apprenticeship.gov.in (must re-apply)
