AIIMS Rajkot Non-Faculty Recruitment 2026 – 8 Posts | Group A & B | Deputation Basis

1. Post Name & Vacancy Details

2. Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)

Post 1 – Medical Superintendent (Level 14)

• Medical qualification included in Schedule I, II, or Part II/III of Indian Medical Council Act 1956
• Postgraduate qualification (MD / MS) or equivalent OR M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or equivalent recognised by MCI
• 10 years of experience in Hospital Administration in a senior position after PG Degree, preferably in a hospital with 300+ beds

Post 2 – Superintending Engineer Civil (Level 13)

• Officers holding analogous post in Central/State/UT Govt./Universities/PSUs/R&D Organisations OR
• Executive Engineers with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹7,600 (Level 12) OR
• Executive Engineers with 10 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹6,600 (Level 11)

Post 3 – Assistant Controller of Examination (Level 11)

• Officers under Central/State/UT Govt./Universities/Statutory Autonomous Bodies/R&D Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
• At least 5 years regular service in PB-3 with Grade Pay ₹5,400/- or higher (Level 9 and above)

Post 4 – Executive Engineer Electrical (Level 11)

• Executive Engineers (Electrical) or Assistant Engineers (Electrical) with 8 years regular service in CPWD (Level 10 and above)
• If suitable CPWD candidates not available, similar officers from other Central Govt. Engineering Departments or Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies will be considered
• Must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering

Post 5 – Nursing Superintendent (Level 11)

• Officers of State/Central Govt. or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts OR
• Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹5,400/- (Level 9 and above)

Post 6 – Administrative Officer (Level 10)

• Officers under Central/State/UT Govt./Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/R&D Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
• With 2/3 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,800/- or ₹4,600/- (Level 8) respectively in relevant field

Post 7 – Assistant Administrative Officer (Level 07)

• Officers under Central/State/UT Govt./Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/R&D Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
• 5 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,200/- (Level 6)
• Essential: Degree from a recognised University
• Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in Management; Knowledge of Govt. Rules; Proficiency in Computers

Post 8 – Assistant Accounts Officer (Level 07)

• Officers under Central/State/UT Govt./Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/R&D Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
• Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,200/- (Level 6)

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application

4. Deputation Terms

• Period of deputation: Ordinarily not more than 3 years
• May be extended or curtailed as per Recruitment Rules and/or DoPT guidelines
• Governed by DoPT O.M. No. 2/6/2018-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 18.05.2018 as amended

5. Selection Process

• Applications will be screened based on bio-data
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview / further selection process
• Applications without Vigilance Clearance and attested copies of CR Dossiers will NOT be considered

• Vigilance Clearance Certificate (clearly stating no disciplinary/criminal proceedings pending or contemplated)
• Statement of minor/major penalties imposed (if any) in last 10 years
• Integrity Certificate
• Cadre Clearance (for officials already on deputation)
• All relevant original documents to be produced at the time of interview

• This is a Deputation basis appointment only — not a direct recruitment
• Only officials of Central/State Govt./UT/Autonomous Bodies/Universities/PSUs/R&D Organisations are eligible
• The prescribed eligibility is the minimum requirement — meeting it does not automatically make a candidate eligible for selection
• Officials already on deputation must have their applications forwarded by the parent cadre/department with Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance and Integrity Certificate
• Appointment will be subject to medical fitness as per AIIMS norms
