• Direct Walk-In Interview — No written exam
• Registration first (9:00–10:00 AM) → Document verification → Interview (11:00 AM onwards)
• Merit list prepared based on qualification, experience and interview
• Waiting list (પ્રતિક્ષા યાદી) will also be prepared

• MBBS Degree Certificate and marksheets
• Postgraduate Degree Certificate (MS/MD/DNB) and marksheets
• Medical Council Registration Certificate (MCI / State Medical Council)
• Experience Certificates from all previous employers (on official letterhead, with period, designation, pay — appointment order NOT accepted as experience proof)
• If marks are in Grade format: Certificate from University showing Grade-to-Percentage conversion
• Self-attested photocopies of all the above documents
• Passport-size photographs

Important: Application without required documents will be rejected. No claim for incomplete application entertained.

• Report by 9:00 AM — registration closes at 10:00 AM sharp; no late entries
• Contract period: 11 months — after completion, renewed with a 1-day break for up to 11 more months as per departmental requirement
• Selected candidates may be transferred to any health facility under AMC — prior consent required
• Any political or institutional pressure at any stage will lead to immediate cancellation of appointment
• Experience will be verified from original experience certificates on official letterhead — appointment orders alone are NOT accepted as experience proof
• If CGPA/Grade, University conversion certificate mandatory; else minimum marks will be considered
