Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Chemical): Bachelor degree in Engineering in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Technology, with 24 years post-qualification executive experience
• Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety): Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/Fire & Safety with minimum 55% marks, 20 years experience
• Chief Manager (Fire & Safety): Same qualification as above, 16 years experience
• Senior Engineer (Chemical/Environment/Instrumentation): Bachelor degree in respective Engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks, 1 year experience
• Senior Officer (Company Secretariat): Associate membership of ICSI, additional ICWA/CA/Law degree desirable, 1 year experience
• Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA or Graduation with MBA in Finance, 1 year experience
• PwBD reserved posts (Chief Manager to Deputy Manager in HR, Chemical, Finance & Accounts, Mechanical, Marketing, Electrical, Instrumentation, Contract & Procurement, Information Technology): Various Bachelor/Master qualifications with 4-16 years experience depending on grade
• All qualifications from UGC recognized Indian University/AICTE approved Institution

Salary

• General Manager (Chemical) E-7: Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000
• Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety) E-6: Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000
• Chief Manager (Fire & Safety) E-5: Rs. 90,000-2,40,000
• Senior Engineer/Officer (E-1 posts): Rs. 50,000-1,60,000
• PwBD posts: E-5 Rs.90,000-2,40,000; E-4 Rs.80,000-2,20,000; E-3 Rs.70,000-2,00,000; E-2 Rs.60,000-1,80,000
• Additional benefits: Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites @35% of basic pay, North-East allowance @10% of basic pay (if posted in NE region), HRA, CMER, Medical Facility, PRMS, DCPS

Important Notes

• Candidates selected shall be on probation for one year
• Medical fitness required as per Company standards, including specific eye power criteria for technical and non-technical officers
• Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in next lower pay scale
• Category once filled in online application cannot be changed later
• OBC candidates under Creamy Layer not entitled to OBC concession; must indicate category as General
