BSNL Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom & Finance) Direct Recruitment 2026 – Complete Details
BSNL is conducting direct recruitment for Senior Executive Trainee (SET) posts for Telecom Operations and Finance disciplines.
🔹 Pay Scale
E-3 IDA Pay Scale – ₹24,900 to ₹50,500 per month (pre-revised).
🔹 Eligibility
Telecom Stream:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in:
Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Instrumentation or related branches.
Finance Stream:
CA or CMA qualified candidates.
🔹 Age Limit (as on closing date)
• Minimum: 21 Years
• Maximum: 30 Years
Age relaxation available for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/EWS as per Government rules.
