- MA Economics OR
- MA Political Science OR
- Any Graduate with relevant experience
- Experience: 0-5 years

Security Admin:
- Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 5-8 years in Security Administrator/Information Security Management role

3. Job Description & Responsibilities
State Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead, support and manage project implementation in the state
- Coordinate with key officials/state at State PMU
- Develop strategic direction and work plans with PMU
- Carry out monitoring & supervision of state level project activities
- Review project activities against agreed deliverables
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor and supervise state level project activities
- Coordinate with project staff at State PMU
- Provide hands-on supervision when needed
- Timely preparation of monthly and quarterly project reports
Capacity Building:
- Assess programmatic and technical support needs of state staff
- Plan capacity building programs/activities for project staff
- Implement Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities
Security Admin:
Key Responsibilities:
Security Management:
- Configuration and management of information security technology tools
- Performs threat and vulnerability assessments
- Investigates security incidents
Monitoring & Response:
- Review information security system reporting
- Aggregate data and report on security incident data to management
- Urgent response to security-related help desk requests
- Work directly with staff to diagnose and resolve problems
Communication:
- Communicate technical concerns and solutions to stakeholders
- Work with individuals across departments to solve security issues
- Identify and communicate flaws in security systems
- Recommend remediation for identified issues
Required Skills for Security Admin:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server System stack
- Experience with Office 365 ATP, Azure Security Centre
- Experience with SIEM, Penetration Testing, Network Monitoring
- Vulnerability Scanning and/or Encryption tools
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST standards
- Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CEH (preferred)
4. Contract Terms
Duration: 2 years (Contract/Consolidated basis)
Nature:
- Purely temporary for Poshan Tracker project
- No right to claim permanent appointment
- Transferable to other project locations of DIC
Termination:
- DIC reserves right to terminate with 1 month notice OR
- Without notice by paying 1 month salary in lieu
No Regularization: Appointees shall not derive any right for permanent appointment

Screening:
- Based on qualifications, age, academic record and relevant experience
- DIC reserves right to fix higher threshold for screening
- May limit number of candidates for interview

- DIC reserves right to not select any candidate without assigning reason
