Total Posts: 43 (Contractual - 3 Years)

Educational Qualification

For 3 Years Senior Resident:

Essential:

• MD / MS / DNB / Diploma in concerned Specialty
• From recognized university
• Registered with NMC (National Medical Council) or State Medical Council

For NICU Posts:

• MD / DNB / Diploma in Paediatrics

Registration: Must be registered with NMC or State Medical Council (registration must be current/updated)

Salary & Emoluments

Pay Structure (7th CPC - Level 11):

Basic Pay: ₹67,700/- per month

Allowances:

Total Monthly Package: ₹1,41,246/- (approximately)

Annual Package: ₹16,94,952/- (approximately)

Note:

• NPA is applicable and admissible wherever applicable as per rules
• DA will be revised automatically as per Government notification
• Arrears not payable for retrospective DA revision

Contract Terms & Duration

Initial Contract: 1 year

Extension:

• Extended on yearly basis
• Maximum total duration: 3 years
• Subject to satisfactory work performance report by HOD

Termination:

• Either side can terminate with 1 month prior notice
• No reason required

Employment Type:

• Purely contractual
• Till regular doctors join (whichever is earlier)

Reporting Time: 9:00 AM for document verification

Interview Time: From 10:00 AM onwards

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% in interview is compulsory for selection

4. MBBS Certificate - Original + Xerox
5. MCI/NMC/State Registration - For MBBS (updated)
6. PG Certificate - MD/MS/DNB/Diploma
7. MCI/NMC/State Registration - For PG (updated)
8. Caste Certificate - SC/ST/OBC/EWS (Central Govt format)
   • OBC: Non-creamy layer (not more than 1 year old)
   • EWS: Valid for current year (not more than 1 year old)
9. Experience Certificate - If applicable
10. Disability Certificate - If applicable (40% or above)
11. Aadhaar Card / Voter ID
12. PAN Card
13. Two recent passport size photographs - One affixed on application

All documents: Originals for verification + Self-attested Xerox copies

Application Fee

Mode of Payment:

• Demand Draft Only
• In favor of: "ESI Savings Fund A/c No. 1"
• Drawn on: Any scheduled bank
• Payable at: Jaipur
• DD must be issued after the date of advertisement (after 05.02.2026)

Important:

• Fee once paid is non-refundable
• Only DD accepted, no other mode
• Attach DD with application form

Additional Terms & Conditions

At Time of Joining:

1. Security Deposit: ₹25,000/-
   • Through DD in favor of 'ESIC Fund Account No.1'
   • Payable at Jaipur
   • Refundable after completion of engagement period
   • With "No Dues Certificate"
   • Forfeited if left before completion
2. Contract Agreement:
   • Signed on ₹500/- stamp paper
   • Original with hospital, copy with candidate
   • Cost borne by candidate

Leave Entitlement:

• As per Central Government Rules adopted by ESIC
• No encashment of accumulated leave

Other Conditions:

1. Caste Certificate Requirements:
   • ST/SC/OBC: Valid Central Govt certificate
   • OBC: Prescribed format with non-creamy layer clause
   • Not more than 1 year old at time of interview
2. Private Practice: Not allowed
3. TA/DA: Not admissible for walk-in interview
4. Canvassing: Disqualification
5. Dean's Rights:
   • Reserve right to fill any or no post
   • Cancel interview at any stage
   • Increase/decrease posts as per requirement
