2. Educational Qualification & Experience
Manager – Internal Audit (MM-II):
- Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time) with 50% aggregate marks
- AND Post Graduation: MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with Finance / International Business specialization OR Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership (mandatory)
- Minimum 50% in Post Graduation (2-year full-time)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a scheduled commercial bank / All India Financial Institution in Internal Audit / Credit Audit, including audit compliance, RBI inspection dealings & audit committee reporting
Deputy Manager – HR Management (JM-I):
- Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time) with 50% aggregate marks
- AND MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with HRM / Personnel Management specialization — minimum 50%, 2-year full-time
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment, performance management, training & development, manpower planning
Deputy Manager – Administration (JM-I):
- Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time) with 50% aggregate marks
- AND MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with Hotel & Hospitality Management / Facilities Management specialization — minimum 50%, 2-year full-time
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in housekeeping, property maintenance, security & general administration
