Essential Qualification (BE/BTech/BSc Engineering):

Qualification Requirements:

   • Final Year Students: Currently in final year (2025-26)
2. Not Eligible:
   • Candidates who completed BE/BTech in 2024 or earlier
3. Minimum Marks:
   • UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): Minimum 65% marks
   • SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 60% marks (5% relaxation)
4. For Final Year Students:
   • Must have minimum 65% (UR/EWS/OBC) or 60% (SC/ST/PwBD) in aggregate up to last semester/year at time of applying
   • Final selection subject to obtaining same percentage in final degree
   • Must submit final degree certificate (at least provisional) and all mark sheets
5. Integrated Dual Degree:
   • Candidates with 5 years BE/BTech + ME/MTech integrated dual degree also eligible
6. Integrated MBA/MSc:
   • BE/BTech + MBA or BE/BTech + MSc also considered if final percentage meets criteria

5. Salary / Emoluments

Pay Scale: ₹60,000 - 1,80,000/-

During Training cum Probation (1 Year):

• Grade: E-2 (Regular Employee)

Stage 3: Personal Interview
