6. Terms of Appointment & Posting
A) Probation Period:
- Initial appointment on probation for 1 year from joining date
- Ordinarily confirmed w.e.f. succeeding quarter after completion of first year
- Confirmation subject to extant Bank policies
B) Posting:
- At Bank's discretion to any office/department/business unit/associate institutions
- All India transfer liability
- May be posted anywhere in/outside India as per Bank's requirement
- Subject to prevailing rules/policies and exigent requirements

- Detailed experience certificate in prescribed format (as per Appendix)
- Must include: Employer name, complete address, phone numbers
- Experience with dates, designations, nature of duties, job profile
- Number of persons/team handled
- Any additional productive tasks
- Should be on letterhead, signed by HR department
- Clear contact details of issuing HR authority (Name/Phone/Email)
- Must be in ORIGINAL
Additional Documents:

- Relieving letters (if not currently working)
- Salary slips
- All supporting documents for age, education, category
Note:
- Candidates without experience certificate in prescribed format will NOT be allowed to appear in PI
- Acceptance of Offer/Appointment Letters, Salary Certificates, pay slips in lieu of experience certificate is at Bank's discretion
- If not currently working: Must provide experience certificate AND relieving letter (both in original)
FINAL MERIT CALCULATION:
Formula:
Final Score = 3/4 of OT Score + 1/4 of PI Score
Candidate must qualify both OT and PI and rank sufficiently high in combined merit

- Signed by authorized HR official
D) Category Certificates (if applicable):
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS Certificate in Central Government format
- From competent authority
- OBC: Non-Creamy Layer certificate for current financial year
E) PwBD Certificate (if applicable):
- Disability certificate from Competent Authority (Medical Board)

Eligibility & Experience:

- KPO/BPO/Outsourcing NOT Accepted: Experience through such entities not considered

Credit & Background:
- Credit History Check: Application deemed as consent to check credit history
- CIBIL Check: Bank may not on-board candidates with loan defaults or adverse CIBIL
