3. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password generated by the system
4. Fill the online application form carefully — Name, DOB, Category, Post Applied, Educational Qualification, Work Experience etc.
5. Upload scanned Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm, 20–50 KB), Signature (black ink, 10–20 KB), Left Thumb Impression (20–50 KB) and Handwritten Declaration (in English, NOT in capitals, 50–100 KB)
6. Also capture and upload live photograph via webcam or mobile QR scan
7. Click "Preview" and verify all details before final submission
8. Click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" → proceed to "Payment" tab
9. Pay fee of ₹1,000 / ₹175 online
10. Download and save the e-Receipt and application printout
