Pipelines Division - Western Region Pipelines, Mundra requires a Retainer Doctor for providing medical services to employees and their families residing in IOCL Residential Colony.

2. Job Requirements

Duty Schedule:

• Visits per week: 3 visits
• Duration per visit: 2 hours
• Total hours per week: 6 hours

Work Schedule: As per IOCL requirement (to be decided)

Duties:

• Provide medical consultation to IOCL employees and families
• Visit IOCL Residential Colony as per schedule
• General medical practice and emergency care
• Prescribe medicines and treatments as required
• Maintain medical records as needed

3. Educational Qualification

Minimum Essential:

• MBBS Degree from recognized Medical College/University
• Medical Council Registration (Valid)
• Minimum 2 years experience as General Practitioner

Desirable:

• MS/MD Degree in any medical specialization

Important:

• Must have valid medical registration
• Must be practicing doctor
• Should have own clinic/dispensary (desirable)

4. Experience

Essential: Minimum 2 years experience as General Practitioner

Type of Experience:

• General medical practice
• OPD consultation
• Basic emergency medical care
• Experience in treating common ailments

5. Remuneration / Retainer Fees

Hourly Rate:

Monthly Remuneration (Approximate):

• MBBS: ₹1,100 × 6 hours/week × 4 weeks = ₹26,400/- per month
• MS/MD: ₹1,350 × 6 hours/week × 4 weeks = ₹32,400/- per month

Payment Basis: Actual attendance basis

Annual Increment: 5% annually on cumulative basis

Example Calculation:

• Year 1: Base rate
• Year 2: Base rate + 5%
• Year 3: Year 2 rate + 5%

6. Contract Period

Initial Contract: 3 years

Renewal: As per IOCL requirement and doctor's performance

Terms:

• Contract renewable based on satisfactory performance
• 5% annual increment on cumulative basis
• Payment on actual attendance
• No benefits like PF, ESI, leave encashment (purely retainer basis)

7. Required Documents

2. MBBS Degree Certificate (self-attested copy)
3. MS/MD Degree Certificate (if applicable - self-attested copy)
4. Medical Council Registration Certificate (valid)
5. Experience Certificates (minimum 2 years as General Practitioner)
6. Proof of Age (Birth Certificate/10th Certificate)
7. Recent passport size photographs
8. Address proof (Residence/Clinic)
9. Identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN)
10. Copy of medical registration renewal (if applicable)

Eligibility:

1. MBBS Mandatory: Must have MBBS degree from recognized university
2. Registration: Valid Medical Council registration mandatory
3. Experience: Minimum 2 years as General Practitioner required
4. Location: Should be available to visit Gandhidham location

Remuneration:

13. 3 Years Contract: Initial period 3 years

16. 3 Visits/Week: Must visit IOCL colony 3 times per week
17. 2 Hours/Visit: Each visit 2 hours duration
18. Fixed Schedule: Timings to be decided by IOCL
19. Emergency: May require emergency visits (if specified in contract)

Selection:

21. Interview: May conduct personal interview
22. Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit

Other:

23. Own Clinic: Preference to doctors with own clinic in nearby area
24. Local Doctors: Preference to doctors from Gandhidham/Mundra area
