Important Eligibility Condition:
- Degree / Diploma must have been passed in 2024, 2025, or 2026 only
- Candidates who passed in 2023 or before are NOT eligible
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training elsewhere are NOT eligible
3. Age Limit
- As per Apprentices Act 1961/1973 and Government of India guidelines
- Age proof: Birth Certificate / SSLC / Matriculation Certificate only
4. Stipend During Training

Training Period: 1 Year (12 months)
Important: IPR has NO obligation to offer regular employment after training. Apprentices have NO right to claim permanent job at IPR on basis of this apprenticeship.
5. Selection Process
- Merit-based selection only — based on percentage of marks in Degree/Diploma
- No written examination
- Selected candidates list will be displayed on IPR website: www.ipr.res.in
- Candidature is provisional subject to document verification and medical fitness
