1. GENERAL MANAGER (ENGG.) - 1 POST (ST-Backlog)
Pay Scale: Rs. 90,000-2,40,000/- (E-6)
Expected Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- OR equivalent engineering degree
Expected Experience:
- 20+ years in construction/project management
- Senior management experience in PSU/Government/Large organizations
- Experience in infrastructure/building projects
2. MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING) - 2 POSTS
Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- (E-3)
Expected Qualification:
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
- OR M.Arch
Expected Experience:
- 10-15 years in architectural design and planning
- Experience in building projects, urban planning
