Deputy Director - Cyber Security/Cyber Defence (Pay Level 12)

• Qualification:
  • PhD in relevant discipline OR
  • Master's in Cyber Security/Computer Science/IT/Digital Forensics/Information Security/AI/Network Security OR
  • BE/BTech in CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/Cyber Security/ICT
• Experience:
  • PhD: 7 years
  • Master's only: 10 years
  • BE/BTech only: 12 years
  • In Digital Forensics/Cyber Security/Incident Response field
• Age: Max 50 years

Deputy Director - Forensic Psychology (Pay Level 12)

• Qualification:
  • PhD in relevant discipline OR
  • Master's in Forensic Psychology/Psychology/Criminology/Neuropsychology/Clinical Psychology
• Experience:
  • PhD: 7 years
  • Master's only: 10 years
  • In analysis/research in relevant field

Junior Scientific Officer - Ballistics (Pay Level 7)

• Qualification:
  • Master's in Forensic Science (Forensic Physics)/Physics/Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Ballistics
• Experience: 3 years in Ballistics field
  • Full-time PhD = Max 3 years experience
• Age: Max 35 years

Junior Scientific Officer - Forensic Accounting (Pay Level 7)

• Qualification:
  • Master's in Forensic Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Management (Finance) OR
  • Professional CA/ICWA
• Experience: 3 years in Auditing/Forensic Accounting
  • Full-time PhD = Max 3 years experience
• Age: Max 35 years

Laboratory Assistant (Pay Level 5)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in: Forensic Science/Criminology/Physics/Mathematics/Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Physical Anthropology/Genetics/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmacology/Pharmacy
• Experience: Not required
• Age: 18-27 years (relaxable up to 40 years for Govt servants)

Age Relaxation: No upper age limit for Central/State/UT Govt/University/Board/Corporation employees (for posts 1-7)

4. Selection Process

For Posts 1-5 (Deputy Director to Senior Scientific Officer):

• Selection based on overall record and performance in Interview
• May conduct screening test for shortlisting

For Posts 6-8 (Junior Scientific Officer & Laboratory Assistant):

• Written Test and/or Skill Test
• Merit-based selection

Shortlisting: University may restrict candidates based on higher qualifications/experience
