Educational Qualification
- Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI in relevant Trade (Fitter, Mechanic, Draughtsman, Surveyor, Electrician, Welder, Plumber, Painter, Machinist, MRAC etc.) from NCVT/SCVT recognized institutions
- OR Matriculation/SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in relevant Trade
- OR Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering (for Civil/Track posts) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/relevant Engineering discipline (for Electrical, Signalling & Telecom, Rolling Stock posts) from Government recognized University/Institute
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant field within Operations & Maintenance departments of Indian Railways/Government-owned Railways/Metro Railways/RRTS
- Candidates must submit Competency Certificate or Experience Certificate from employer with year-wise work details
- Candidates with higher qualification (BE/BTech) but without ITI/Diploma are NOT eligible

- Surety Bond on Training: Cost of training plus service tax to serve minimum 6 years after training completion, with 3 months prior notice before resignation
- Experience of Teaching/Faculty/Apprenticeship/Internship/Proprietorship/Partnership/Freelancer will NOT be considered as part of required experience
- Selected candidates may be posted at any location/office of NHSRCL
