Educational Qualification

• B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.C.A., B.B.A. through Regular, External, or Open/Distance Learning Mode from a recognized university approved by UGC/AICTE
• Minimum average of 55% marks in last year/last two semesters
• ODL/online courses must be NAAC accredited with minimum score 3.01 on 4-point scale, or NBA accredited with at least 650 points on 1000-point scale
• Candidate should possess knowledge of Computer Operations
• Good command over English and Gujarati Language

Salary

• Fixed Remuneration for 1st Year: Rs. 22,750/-
• Fixed Remuneration for 2nd Year: Rs. 24,700/-
• Fixed Remuneration for 3rd Year: Rs. 26,650/-
• No other allowance or benefits admissible; TA/DA reimbursed as per rules
• After satisfactory completion of 3 years, may be considered for regular Junior Assistant post in pay scale of Rs. 25000-55800

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 45 years as on date of publication of advertisement (07/07/2026), after all relaxations
• Maximum age limit not applicable to departmental candidates

Important Notes

• Only Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates with Low Vision, Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability (One Arm, One Leg, Dwarfism, Leprosy Cured, Acid Attack Victim, Spinal Injury, Spinal Deformity), or Specific Learning Disability can apply; minimum 40% disability required
• Minimum 85% representation in selection reserved for local residents of Gujarat State; valid Domicile Certificate required for 85% quota claim
• Negative marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer in both tiers
• Candidates must score minimum 45 marks in First Tier to qualify for Second Tier; minimum 45 marks in Second Tier for final selection
• Result of 2nd tier exam valid for one year from date of publication
• 5% grace marks added for Widow Female Candidates (not applicable if remarried)
