Step 1 – User Registration:

2. Click on "Register" and enter your Email Address, Mobile Number, and Captcha — click Next
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP received via SMS
4. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and create a Password — click Submit
5. Verify your email address by clicking the link received in your email inbox
6. Then click "Login"

Step 2 – Fill Application Form:

1. Login with your registered email/mobile and password
2. Go to HOME and click "Apply Now" against the Biomedical Engineer cadre
3. Read the official notification PDF carefully before proceeding
4. Fill Personal Details — name, address, mobile number, email, Aadhaar number (as per your documents)
5. Fill Educational Qualification — select your degree, enter marks/percentage, and add all qualifications
6. Fill Experience Details — institution name, designation, period, and monthly salary
7. Check all Document Details and mark the required documents
8. Enter the system-generated captcha code
9. Read and accept the Declaration and click "Submit Application"

Step 3 – Upload Photo & Signature:

• Upload recent passport-size Photo (JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 150 KB, size: 5 cm height × 3.6 cm width)
• Upload Signature on white paper in black/blue ink (JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 50 KB, size: 2.5 cm height × 7.5 cm width)
• Preview your application, verify all details, and click Confirm
• Download and take a printout of the final submitted application form

1. Post Name & Vacancy Details

This recruitment is based on contract terms at fixed monthly salary. No other allowances or financial benefits will be paid.

2. Educational Qualification

• Required Degree: B.E. in Biomedical Engineering OR B.E. in Biomedical & Instrumentation Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Hospital Equipment work after completing the degree
• Valid Registration Certificate is mandatory — candidates must carry a copy of their completed registration at the time of document verification

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation as per Government of Gujarat / SMC rules for reserved category candidates

4. Salary / Pay Scale

• Monthly Salary: ₹30,000/- Fixed (Contract basis)
• No additional allowances or financial benefits of any kind will be paid

5. Selection Process
