• Junior Technician (various trades): NTC/NAC in relevant trade issued by NCVT
• Junior Manager (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics): B.E./B.Tech in respective engineering discipline or equivalent

• Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Graduate + CS qualification, 9 years service (3 years in DPSU/listed company)
• Senior Manager (Cyber Security): B.E./B.Tech in Cyber Security/CS/IT or MCA with certification, experience varies
• Senior Manager (Intellectual Property): Science/Engineering degree + 6 years in Patent Firm, registered Patent Agent

Salary

• Junior Technician: Basic Rs. 21,000 + IDA + Rs. 1,050 Special Allowance + Rs. 3,000 (Medical/conveyance/mobile) = Rs. 25,050+IDA
• Junior Manager: Basic Rs. 30,000 + IDA + Rs. 1,500 + Rs. 3,000 = Rs. 34,500+IDA
• Assistant Manager: Basic Rs. 40,000 + IDA + Rs. 2,000 + Rs. 3,000 = Rs. 45,000+IDA
• Deputy Manager: Basic Rs. 50,000 + IDA + Rs. 2,500 + Rs. 3,000 = Rs. 55,500+IDA
• Senior Manager: Basic Rs. 70,000 + IDA + Rs. 3,500 + Rs. 3,000 = Rs. 76,500+IDA

• OBC-NCL relaxation: 3 years

• Stage 3: Interview/Assessment (Presentation, Experience, Expertise) for Senior Manager/DGM/AGM/Consultant
