Educational Qualification

• Officer Secretarial (CS): Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI, 0-3 years experience in Secretarial Department
• Medical Officer: MBBS (MCI recognised) + Certificate Course in Industrial Health (State Govt recognised), minimum 3 years experience (excluding internship) in large Industrial Health Centre
• Officer - Guest House: MBA (Hospitality/Hotel Management) or equivalent, minimum 4 years experience managing guest house in large industries
• Officer - Security Services: Equivalent Graduate Certificate from Armed Forces, minimum 2 years post-qualification in security functions
• Chemist: PhD in Organic Chemistry/Polymers, supervisory experience preferred, freshers can apply
• Accounts Officer: CA/CMA from ICAI/ICMAI, 2-7 years post-qualification in Finance/Accounts, SAP exposure preferred
• Engineer - Electrical: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) First Class, minimum 4 years in electrical maintenance/repair
• Engineer - Civil: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) First Class, minimum 4 years in civil construction projects
• Engineer - Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) First Class, minimum 4 years in plant maintenance
• Engineer - Process: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) First Class, minimum 4 years in chemical process operations
• Manager (Finance): CA/CMA from ICAI/ICMAI, minimum 10 years post-qualification, ERP/SAP exposure preferred
• Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) First Class, minimum 10 years in Electrical Department of large industrial organisation

Salary

• Annual CTC ranging from Rs. 8 Lakhs to Rs. 18 Lakhs depending on post and experience
