Educational Qualification
- Executive Trainee (Ceramics): Degree in Ceramic Engineering
- Executive Trainee (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Executive Trainee (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering
- Executive Trainee (Computer & IT): Degree in Computer & IT/Computer Science/Information Science or MCA or B.E./B.Tech (Computer/CS/IT) or PG Diploma in Computer Application (2 years)
- Executive Trainee (Electrical): Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Executive Trainee (Finance): Graduation + CA/ICWA or Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance)
- Executive Trainee (Human Resources): Graduation + PG Degree/Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/IR/HR/HRM (min 2 years) or MBA (HR)

Salary
- Training period (6 months): Basic Pay Rs. 50,000 + Dearness Allowance (IDA)
- Post-training (Assistant Manager): Pay Scale Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000, initial Basic Pay Rs. 60,000; plus DA, Cafeteria perquisites, PF, Gratuity, PRP and other benefits
