4. Salary / Stipend

During Training Period (1 Year):

• Monthly Stipend: Basic Pay ₹40,000/- + DA (Dearness Allowance as applicable)
• Equivalent to Deputy Manager (E1 level)

After Successful Completion of Training:

• Designation: Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade)
• Pay Scale: ₹40,000/- – ₹1,40,000/-
• Plus DA, HRA, and other allowances as per company rules
• Subject to passing test conducted after training

Training Duration: 1 Year

Service Bond:

• Minimum service period: 60 months (5 years) from date of joining
• Service Agreement Bond amount: ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only)
• To be executed at time of joining

5. Selection Process

The selection comprises Multiple Phases:

PHASE 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

Test Duration: 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) Total Questions: 100 Total Marks: 100

CBT Minimum Qualifying Marks:

PHASE 2: Multi-Stage Interview Assessment

Stage 1 – Preliminary Interview:

• Candidates scoring qualifying marks in CBT shortlisted
• HLL will call sufficient candidates to maintain 6:1 ratio (6 candidates per post)
• Shortlisting in order of merit/reservation

Preliminary Interview Minimum Qualifying Marks:

Stage 2 – Psychometric Analysis:

• Candidates shortlisted from Stage 1 undergo online psychometric evaluation
• Shortlisting ratio: 1:3
• Assessment of behavioral attributes, personality orientation, managerial potential
• Tool to gauge suitability for management role

Stage 3 – Document Verification & Final Interview:

• Candidates without original certificates NOT permitted for final interview
• Final interview ratio: 1:3 as decided by HLL
• All original documents verified

Final Interview Minimum Qualifying Marks:

6. Final Selection

• Based on marks in final interview and organizational requirement
• Final merit list prepared separately for each category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS)
• Based on total available vacancies
• HLL's decision final and binding

Eligibility & Application:

Selection Process:

9. Qualifying Marks: Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks at each stage (CBT, Preliminary Interview, Final Interview).
10. Ratio for Interview: HLL will call candidates as per specified ratios (6:1 for preliminary, 1:3 for final).

Reservation & Relaxation:

11. Category Certificates: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates must submit valid certificates in prescribed format.
12. Government Directives: Government of India directives on reservation applicable.
13. Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.

Training & Service:

14. Training Programme: Structured programme including classroom learning, leadership camps, on-the-job training.
15. Service Bond: Minimum 60 months (5 years) service required. Service Agreement Bond of ₹3,00,000/-.
16. Regularization: After successful 1-year training + passing test = regularization as Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade).

Posting & Transfer:

17. Posting: At HLL/any subsidiaries as per organizational requirement.
18. Transfer Liability: Candidates liable to transfer within different HLL units anywhere in India or abroad.

Travel Allowance:

19. CBT: No TA/DA for CBT.
20. Interview: To-and-fro 3rd AC rail fare reimbursed for document verification & final interview (from mailing address to Thiruvananthapuram) as per company rules on production of proof.
21. Bank Details: Submit bank account details (account number + IFSC) at document verification for reimbursement.

HLL Rights:

22. Vacancy Changes: HLL reserves right to increase/decrease vacancies or not fill positions.
23. Process Changes: Right to cancel, restrict, modify, amend selection process at any stage.
24. Test Centre Changes: Right to modify, relocate, change test centres based on response.
25. Final Decision: Management's decision regarding selection shall be final and binding.
