4. Salary / Stipend
During Training Period (1 Year):
- Monthly Stipend: Basic Pay ₹40,000/- + DA (Dearness Allowance as applicable)
- Equivalent to Deputy Manager (E1 level)
After Successful Completion of Training:
- Designation: Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000/- – ₹1,40,000/-
- Plus DA, HRA, and other allowances as per company rules
- Subject to passing test conducted after training
Training Duration: 1 Year
Service Bond:
- Minimum service period: 60 months (5 years) from date of joining
- Service Agreement Bond amount: ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only)
- To be executed at time of joining
5. Selection Process
The selection comprises Multiple Phases:
PHASE 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

- Regularization: After successful 1-year training + passing test = regularization as Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade).
Posting & Transfer:
- Posting: At HLL/any subsidiaries as per organizational requirement.
- Transfer Liability: Candidates liable to transfer within different HLL units anywhere in India or abroad.
Travel Allowance:
- CBT: No TA/DA for CBT.
- Interview: To-and-fro 3rd AC rail fare reimbursed for document verification & final interview (from mailing address to Thiruvananthapuram) as per company rules on production of proof.
- Bank Details: Submit bank account details (account number + IFSC) at document verification for reimbursement.
HLL Rights:
- Vacancy Changes: HLL reserves right to increase/decrease vacancies or not fill positions.
- Process Changes: Right to cancel, restrict, modify, amend selection process at any stage.
- Test Centre Changes: Right to modify, relocate, change test centres based on response.
