AMARAVATI PROJECT POSITIONS (IC Code 01-06)

IC CODE 01: PROJECT FINANCE & MODELLING EXPERT

Grade: Consultant II
Location: Amaravati
Role: Project Finance & Modelling Expert

Qualification:

• Post Graduate degree in Finance/MBA/PGDM or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• At least 5 years in fund-raising strategy/institutional resources mobilization/fund mobilisation

Essential:

• Knowledge of Financial Modelling/Financial Feasibility/Project Information Memorandum/DPR
• Experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, corporate finance, or public sector finance
• Experience in financial structuring and appraisal of infrastructure projects

Desirable:

• Experience in Port/Road/Airport/Inland Waterways/State Warehousing/Rail Projects
• State & Central Government infrastructure projects experience
• Treasury/Asset Liability Management experience
• Working with multilaterals/State Governments/Central Government
• Proficiency in Telugu language preferred

💰 REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

MONTHLY REMUNERATION:

CONTRACT PERIOD:

Initial Contract: 2 years

Extension: Up to 5 years total

• Structure: 2+1+1+1 years
• Each extension based on satisfactory Annual Performance Review
• Based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT:

• Full-Time Contractual Basis
• Selected candidate NOT allowed to take up appointment/engagement/assignment anywhere else during contract
• Must work exclusively for IPL

POSTING LOCATIONS:

• Head Office: Delhi
• Branch Offices: Mumbai, Chennai, Amaravati, Aizawl
• Or across various States where IPL is working or intends to work under mandate

WORK PROFILE:

• Provide high quality services on specific projects
• As per requirement of verticals
• Financial & Infrastructure Advisory services
• Project development, structuring, implementation support

⚠️ GENERAL CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT TERMS:

1. JURISDICTION: Any dispute subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only
2. MODIFICATION RIGHTS: IPL reserves right to modify/amend/revise/cancel any or all provisions without notice
3. CANCELLATION: IPL can cancel hiring process anytime without liability to applicants
4. REJECTION: IPL reserves right to reject any/all applications without assigning reasons
5. FALSE INFORMATION:
   • If detected at any stage, candidature cancelled
   • If detected after appointment, services terminated without compensation
6. CANVASSING: Candidates found canvassing may be disqualified
7. NO CLAIM: Merely satisfying eligibility doesn't entitle candidate to interview
8. COMPANY'S DECISION FINAL: IPL's decision on all matters shall be final and binding
