- Written Examination conducted at 9 stations: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Guwahati, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad; candidates opt for 2 centers in order of preference
- Minimum qualifying marks in Written Examination: General-40% per paper/50% aggregate; OBC/EWS-35% per paper/45% aggregate; SC/ST/PWD-30% per paper/40% aggregate
- Written Examination and Skill Test conducted in English medium only
- Overall merit list drawn from combined marks in Skill Test and Personal Interview
- No TA/DA for appearing in exams; SC/ST candidates not already in Government service reimbursed 2nd Class railway/bus fare
