2. Educational Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
- Knowledge of word processing on PC
For Ex-servicemen: Either a graduate from recognized University OR passed matriculation/equivalent examination of Armed Forces with at least 15 years of defense service
Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the language of the state/recruiting office where applying

Minimum Age: 20 years Maximum Age: 28 years
Eligible Date of Birth: Between 02/02/1998 and 01/02/2006 (both days inclusive)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: Up to 5 years (maximum 33 years)
- OBC: Up to 3 years (maximum 31 years)
- PwBD: 10 years for GEN/EWS, 13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST

Basic Pay: ₹29,000/- per month

5. Selection Process
The selection will be through a three-stage process:
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (Online)
- English Language: 30 questions (30 marks) - 20 minutes
- Numerical Ability: 35 questions (35 marks) - 20 minutes
- Reasoning Ability: 35 questions (35 marks) - 20 minutes
- Total: 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes
Stage 2: Main Examination (Online)
- Test of Reasoning: 40 questions (40 marks) - 30 minutes
- Test of English Language: 40 questions (40 marks) - 30 minutes
- Test of Numerical Ability: 40 questions (40 marks) - 30 minutes
- Test of General Awareness: 40 questions (40 marks) - 25 minutes
- Test of Computer Knowledge: 40 questions (40 marks) - 20 minutes
- Total: 200 questions, 200 marks, 135 minutes
Stage 3: Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
- Mandatory for shortlisted candidates
- Conducted in Official/Local Language of the concerned state
- No exemption given
- Candidates not proficient will be disqualified
Important Notes:
- Negative marking: 1/4th marks deducted for each wrong answer
- Candidates must qualify in each part separately
- Approximately 10 times candidates shortlisted for Preliminary
- Approximately 2 times candidates shortlisted for Main Examination
