During Training Period (1 Year):

After Successful Completion of Training:

  • Designation: Assistant Manager (IL6)
  • CTC: ₹7.4 Lacs Per Annum

Career Growth:

  • Regular evaluations during training period
  • On successful completion: Full-time employment as Assistant Manager (IL6)

5. Selection Process

The selection will be done through a Three-Stage Process:

Stage 1: Online Application Screening

  • All applications screened for eligibility criteria

Stage 2: Online Written Test

  • Online Functional Domain Test (Subject/Technical Knowledge)
  • Followed by Behavioural Assessment

Stage 3: Interview
