2. Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Graduate (Any Stream) OR 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Capital Market — preference for candidates with Demat & Trading account opening and broking product sales experience

5. Key Responsibilities
- Demat & Trading Account Opening: Promote and open 2-in-1 Demat + Trading accounts for new clients
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach and onboard new customers
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Bank Relationship Management: Coordinate with Bank of Baroda branch network for lead generation
- Product Selling: Cross-sell broking and capital market products
6. Required Skills
- Sales & Marketing skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of capital market / stock broking products
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
