• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Capital Market — preference for candidates with Demat & Trading account opening and broking product sales experience

4. Salary / Pay Scale

• As per company norms and industry standards
• Fixed salary + Incentives based on sales performance (typical for BDM roles in broking firms)

5. Key Responsibilities

• Demat & Trading Account Opening: Promote and open 2-in-1 Demat + Trading accounts for new clients
• New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach and onboard new customers
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Bank Relationship Management: Coordinate with Bank of Baroda branch network for lead generation
• Product Selling: Cross-sell broking and capital market products

6. Required Skills

• Sales & Marketing skills
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of capital market / stock broking products
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
