Educational Qualification
- IT Officer (Scale I): 4-year Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation OR PG Degree in related Electronics/Computer fields OR Graduate with DOEACC 'B' level
- Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Fishery Science and allied fields
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, OR PG Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at degree level
- Law Officer (Scale I): Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council
- HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate + 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Personnel Management/IR/HR/HRD/Social Work/Labour Law
- Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate + 2-year full-time MMS/MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with specialization in Marketing
- Result of qualifying examination must be declared on or before 21.07.2026
