• Qualification: Master’s Degree (min 55%)

• Experience:

  • 5 years administrative experience (GP ₹4600) OR

  • 8 years as Office Superintendent (GP ₹4200)

• Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems

2️⃣ Office Superintendent

• Pay Scale: ₹35,400/- (Pay Level-6)

• Gross Salary: ₹65,788/-

• Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with 5 years admin experience (3 years supervisory)
    OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years admin experience

• Knowledge: Establishment, academics, examinations, computer applications

3️⃣ Accounts Officer

• Pay Scale: ₹56,100/- (Pay Level-10)

• Gross Salary: ₹1,03,462/-

• Qualification:

  • CA / CMA
    OR

  • Master’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / MBA (Finance)

• Experience:

  • 5 years (CA candidates)

  • 7 years (Non-CA candidates)

• Knowledge: UGC norms, Income Tax, GST, ERP systems

4️⃣ Internal Auditor

• Pay Scale: ₹56,100/- (Pay Level-10)

• Gross Salary: ₹1,03,462/-

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant

• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification

• Skills: Audit standards, statutory compliance, accounting software

5️⃣ Manager / Assistant Manager (Alumni Relations)

Assistant Manager

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Communication / Media / Marketing / PR with 5 years experience
  OR

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience

Marketing communication, social media, alumni engagement, event execution

6️⃣ Assistant Manager – Social Media

• Pay Scale: ₹35,400/- (Pay Level-6)

• Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with 5 years experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience

• Skills: Social media platforms, analytics, content creation

7️⃣ Psychological Counsellor

• Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 (Consolidated)

• Qualification:
  Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Applied Psychology (min 55%)

• Preferred: Diploma/Certificate in Guidance & Counselling

• Experience: Minimum 5 years

• Preference: M.Phil / Ph.D with RCI registration
