- Assistant Manager (Law): Graduate with a degree in Law or Law Graduate from a recognized university in India
- Deputy Manager (Law): Graduate with a degree in Law or Law Graduate from a recognized university in India
- Preferred: 5-year integrated law course from a recognized university in India
- Assistant Manager: 2 years experience as practicing advocate or Law Officer in Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks (after Bar Council enrolment)
- Deputy Manager: 4 years experience as practicing advocate or Law Officer in Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks (after Bar Council enrolment)
- Internship, teaching and training experience will not be counted
