Important notes

General Guidelines

  1. Vacancies are tentative. AEES can withdraw, change or cancel the recruitment without notice, and fee is not refunded in such a case.
  2. PwBD candidates must meet the functional requirements for the post and show a medical authority certificate at the skill test or interview stage.
  3. PwBD appointments are adjusted against the respective SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR vacancy.
  4. Candidates must be willing to work at any AEES school in India. Probation is two years and can be extended.
  5. If Hindi and English versions differ, English prevails. Disputes fall under Mumbai courts.
  6. Candidates already in Government or PSU service must inform their employer and bring an original NOC with vigilance clearance at document verification.

Selection Process Notes

  1. For skill test shortlisting, UR/EWS need 60% in CBT and SC/ST/OBC/PwBD need 54%. This can be lowered to 55% and 49% if not enough candidates qualify.
  2. For reserved vacancies, five times the number of vacancies are called for the skill test or interview. Counts for UR posts vary by number of vacancies.
  3. Principal and Vice-Principal: final merit is 50% CBT and 50% interview, with at least 60% (UR) or 54% (reserved) in both.
  4. Other teaching posts: only candidates marked GO in the skill test are empanelled by CBT merit. NO GO candidates are not considered.
  5. Tie-breaker: senior age first, then CBT marks (Principal, Vice-Principal) or essential qualification percentage (other posts).
  6. Select list equals the number of vacancies. A waiting list of equal size is valid for one year.
  7. Candidates are medically examined before appointment.
  8. Answer key challenge: Rs. 250 per question, online only within 72 hours. Fee is refunded if the challenge is correct. A wrong or cancelled question gives one mark to all candidates.

Application and Fee

  1. Fee through any other mode, such as demand draft or money order, is rejected.
  2. Incomplete applications are rejected.
  3. Change in category or personal details is not allowed later.
  4. Eligible outstation SC/ST candidates get second-class train or ordinary bus fare for the skill test or interview only.

Scribe and Disability Rules

  1. Scribe facility is for benchmark disability candidates with writing limitation. Candidates bring their own scribe, except blind candidates who can request one from AEES.
  2. The scribe's qualification must be one step below the post's minimum qualification.
  3. Compensatory time is 20 minutes per hour. UDID card is preferred.

Fraud and Unfair Means Warning

  1. False information, impersonation, canvassing, copying or using electronic devices leads to disqualification, criminal action and service termination, even after appointment.
  2. Books, mobile phones, calculators and electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall.
