CSB JRF Project Assistant Bharti 2026 - 2 Posts (Bengaluru)

JRF Project Assistant Central Silk Board Bharti 2026 is a walk-in recruitment by the Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, for 1 Junior Research Fellow and 1 Project Assistant at its Central Office in Bengaluru. Eligible candidates must attend the walk-in interview on 6 November 2026 at 10 AM.

The notification is No. CSB/5(8)/2022-ES.II dated 16 October 2026. Both posts are for the RCS Section of the Central Office and are linked to the project titled "Value Chain Analysis and Efficiency Mapping of Mulberry Silk in India" (MTL 13004 MIC). The engagement is purely contractual and ends with the project. Applications are not taken in advance; candidates must come in person with their forms.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 1 post:

• MBA in Agribusiness Management, OR
• M.Sc. in Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, OR
• M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics, OR
• M.Sc. in Agricultural Extension
• Degree must be from a UGC recognised University

Project Assistant (PA) - 1 post:

• Full-time degree in B.Sc. Agriculture, Agri Business or Sericulture from a UGC recognised University
• Candidates with B.Sc. plus PGD in Sericulture are considered under the higher consolidated pay

Age Limit:

• JRF: 35 years as on the date of the notification (16.10.2026)
• Project Assistant: 30 years as on the date of the notification (16.10.2026)

Selection basis: Candidates are chosen on qualification, experience and interview performance as per project requirement.

Provisional degree: Candidates holding provisional degree certificates may attend if photocopies of all mark sheets are produced at the interview.
