The course covers PACS history and governance, the Secretary's role, records and member relations, finance and internal controls, business development, service expansion, computerization, digital services/MIS and action planning.

Educational qualification: A postgraduate degree from a recognized University is essential.

• Preferred disciplines: Management/Business Administration, Public Administration, Cooperation/Cooperative Management or another related discipline

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience is essential.

• Experience in managing large projects and training programmes is preferred
• Experience in the cooperative sector and/or Government sector is preferred
• Experience is counted only from the date you got the essential qualification

Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the full implementation of the PACS Secretaries training programme
• Coordinate with TSU, the Department of Cooperation Gujarat, DCCBs, cooperative institutions and resource persons
• Plan and monitor training calendars, batch schedules, venues and participant mobilization
• Supervise PMU Executives, Trainers and other programme staff
• Oversee monitoring, MIS, documentation, reporting and records
• Coordinate the pilot phase and use its learning in the statewide rollout
• Support academic and training work, including taking sessions where assigned
• Handle other programme-related duties assigned by the University
