Eligibility

Educational Qualification (Essential):

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University
  • Minimum 55% marks
  • Degree must be recognized or approved by UGC, AICTE or an Act of Parliament, as applicable

Work Experience (Essential):

  • 3 years as Hostel Superintendent, Hostel Supervisor or in University/College hostel administration
  • Preferably at an academic, Government, Semi-Government or private institution
  • Only experience gained after obtaining the essential qualification is counted

Other Desirable Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Important notes

Contract Terms

  1. The post is contractual for an initial 364 days. Extension is possible for up to two more terms of 364 days, depending on university needs, funds and satisfactory performance.

  3. The university can end the contract early for poor performance, misconduct or administrative reasons.
  4. Contract employees do not get benefits meant for regular employees.
  5. The university can transfer the employee to any campus and assign other duties, in India or outside India.

Selection Conditions
