- Data Science and AI (GATE Paper DA): Master's/Bachelor's in relevant disciplines including Data Science, AI, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computational Linguistics, etc.
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (GATE Paper EC): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechatronics, Robotics, etc.) OR Master's Degree in Science (Electronics, VLSI Design, Digital Communication, etc.)
- Must possess VALID GATE score (2024/2025/2026) in the respective paper code

- Level 10, 7th CPC Pay Matrix: ₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500
