Important notes

General Guidelines

  1. The Commission does not collect vacancies or allocate candidates state-wise, region-wise or city-wise; vacancies are as reported by the CAPFs, MHA and Delhi Police.
  2. All posts except SI in Delhi Police carry All India Service Liability (AISL) — selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India.
  3. Post/Force preference, once submitted through the Online Option Form, is final and irreversible; no change is entertained later.
  4. Selected candidates undergo two years of probation, including prescribed training or examinations.

Eligibility Conditions

  1. Only one online application is allowed per candidate during the normal application period; multiple applications lead to cancellation and possible debarment.
  2. Candidates must ensure their name, date of birth, father's and mother's name match exactly with the Matriculation certificate; mismatches can cancel candidature at any stage.
  3. Ex-Servicemen who already secured Government employment after availing ESM reservation benefits are not eligible for reservation or fee concession again, except under specific self-declaration conditions.

Application & Fee

  1. Application fee is Rs.100/-; Women, SC, ST and eligible Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from fee payment.
  2. Fee can be paid online only, up to 01.10.2026 (23:00 hrs); no other payment mode is accepted.
  3. A correction window is open from 08.10.2026 to 10.10.2026, allowing up to two corrections with charges of Rs.200 for the first correction and Rs.500 for the second.
  4. Fee and correction charges once paid are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other examination.

Communication & Document Verification

  1. Admission Certificates will be issued only online; no hard copies are sent by post.
  2. Document Verification is conducted by the CAPFs before the final result, typically alongside the Medical Examination stage.
  3. Candidates must produce original certificates for educational qualification, category, and other claims at Document Verification; unsubstantiated claims lead to cancellation of candidature.

Fraud/Canvassing Warning

  1. Using unfair means, impersonation, misbehaviour, or possession of prohibited items (mobile phones, weapons) during examination leads to cancellation of candidature and debarment from 1 to 7 years depending on the offence.
  2. Furnishing false information, fabricated documents, or fraudulently claiming SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM status leads to debarment from Commission examinations.
