UCO Bank Apprentice Bharti 2026 - 20 Posts in Gujarat

UCO Bank Apprentice Bharti 2026 invites graduates to apply for 530 apprentice posts across India, including 20 vacancies in Gujarat. Online registration runs till 29 October 2026.

The notification (Advt. No. HO/HRM/RECR/2026-27/COM-02) is dated 13 October 2026 and issued by the Head Office HRM Department, Kolkata. Engagement is under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates can choose only one State/UT, ideally their home state, and need proficiency in a local language of that state. Apprentices are trainees, not Bank employees, and get no job guarantee after training.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree from a University/Institute recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies
• Graduation must be completed, with mark sheets and provisional/final degree certificate issued on or after 01-04-2022
• Percentage should be entered to two decimals; convert CGPA/OGPA to percentage and carry the university conversion certificate

Age Limit (as on 01-10-2026): Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years for Unreserved and EWS candidates. Change of category is not permitted at any stage.

Minimum Qualifying Marks in Online Test:

Nationality: Citizen of India, subject of Nepal or Bhutan, Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1962, or person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries to settle in India. Candidates in the last three groups need a certificate of eligibility from Govt. of India.

Other Eligibility Conditions:

• Must not have done or be doing apprenticeship earlier with UCO Bank or any other organization
• Candidates with one year or more of training or job experience after qualification are not eligible
• Apprentices terminated by an earlier organization are not eligible
• OBC candidates in the creamy layer or outside the Central List must apply as General
• PwBD candidates must fall in the identified disability categories under the RPwD Act 2016 (locomotor, visual, hearing, and intellectual/mental categories)

1. Register on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and note your Enrolment ID for all future correspondence.
2. Search for the UCO Bank apprenticeship opportunity on NATS and apply for it. Keep the NATS login ID and password safe.
3. Keep a valid personal email ID and mobile number active throughout the process.
4. Wait for the email from BFSI SSC (info@bfsissc.com) inviting you to fill in the detailed application.
5. Open https://beep.bfsissc.com and fill the details carefully:
   • Caste category
   • Choice of districts for training
   • Name exactly as in certificates and mark sheets
6. Upload scanned photograph, signature and documents as per the portal guidelines, including date of birth proof and graduation certificate.
7. Pay the examination fee online only by 29-10-2026.
8. Review all details before clicking Submit. No change is allowed after submission.
9. Save the confirmation and watch for the exam link, which arrives the day before the exam.

Academic Documents

• Graduation mark sheets and provisional/final degree certificate (issued on or after 01-04-2022)
• CGPA to percentage conversion certificate, if applicable
• 10th or 12th mark sheet showing the local language, if claiming exemption from the language test

Category and Reservation Documents

• SC/ST caste certificate in the Government of India format
• OBC non-creamy layer certificate issued on or after 01-04-2026
• EWS income and asset certificate valid for FY 2025-26
• Disability certificate in the prescribed format; UDID card where applicable
• Certificates supporting age relaxation, such as for widows, divorced or separated women
