RRB NTPC Graduate CEN 06/2026: 3,477 Posts, Applications Expected From 8 October
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released an indicative notice for NTPC Graduate Level recruitment under CEN No. 06/2026. The notice came out on 26 September 2026 and lists 3,477 tentative vacancies across zonal railways.
Post-wise vacancies (tentative)
- Goods Train Manager (Level 5): 2,750
- Senior Clerk-cum-Typist (Level 5): 371
- Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist (Level 5): 300
- Chief Commercial-cum-Ticket Supervisor (Level 6): 56
Key dates (tentative)
- Online applications start: 8 October 2026
- Last date to apply: 6 November 2026, 11:59 PM
- Age will be counted as on: 1 January 2027
- Application portal: rrbapply.gov.in
The notice is only indicative. Fees, age limits and the full eligibility rules will be given in the detailed CEN 06/2026, which will be the final authority. The posts are open to graduates from a recognised university.
What aspirants should do
Graduates should keep their documents, photo, signature and category certificates ready before the portal opens. Read the detailed CEN carefully when it is released, especially age limits and typing-skill rules for the clerk and accounts posts.
